The site of Lake City was a Seminole village named Alpata Telophka or Hvlpvtv Tvlofv, meaning "Alligator Village". By 1830, a Euro-American town called Alligator was established, adjacent to the Seminole town. The city was incorporated and changed to its current name in 1859. The name was changed because the mayor's wife, who had recently moved to the town, refused to hang her lace curtains in a town named Alligator. Local bodies of water include Lake DeSoto, Lake Isabella, Alligator Lake, Lake Hamburg, Gwen Lake, Lake Harper and Watertown Lake.

Full Catering Service- This service is just that “Full Catering” We will help you plan and provide whatever level of service you need to make your event successful. We will also provide you with cost effective options to make sure that the service level needs meets you budget. We have worked with Companies large and small to develop many budgetary feasible events that gets the job done and the message sent without ignoring the budgetary restrictions set by this new economy.

Delivery and Setup- This option is a more economical option for the customer that has additional help with the service aspect of a catered event. We will still provide all needed food and equipment items, it will just be delivered and setup for the customer to execute the end service to their guests.
